About the role
We are a fast-growing startup in the hospitality sector looking for a driven Business Development Representative to help us scale further. You will join a young team with lots of energy and ambition. We work with experienced investors and are building a company that is growing fast.
What you will do
- Identify new business opportunities through creative outbound prospecting
- Qualify and follow up on inbound leads
- Guide leads from initial interest to concrete sales opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to close deals
- Proactively approach decision-makers in the hospitality sector
- Actively contribute ideas on how we can grow faster and smarter
What we are looking for
- You speak fluent Dutch, English is a plus
- You are curious, goal-oriented and constantly see opportunities
- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- You communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing
- You have an affinity with hospitality, experience is a plus
- You work independently but are also a strong team player
